Piedmontese wines are famous throughout the world for their quality and the wine produced on our Estate continues that tradition of excellence. The historic cellars, existing to this very day, are contemporary with the building of the Castello and are an important testimony of the ancient wine making techniques.
The venerable chestnut vats still exist as well as the old barrels and the extremely heavy tubs all bearing witness to a tenacity and passion that has rubbed off on us today and inspired us to keep alive our heritage and continue along that path of tradition started so many centuries ago.
The new cellars have been converted from the old stable block. The architectural structure has remained intact, but the restructuring has given us a modern, functional cellar without loosing any of the charm of the old building.
